I always find myself coming across lists and compiled things that either make us happy or tired or wake us up or whatever.  This list is all about happiness and apparently when you eat these particular items it makes you happy.  The list is from the Mother Nature Network and usually by this time of the week it's time to get happy.  You might notice quite a few of these are vegetables... I thought those upset us...

The first one on the list immediately reminded me of Jules and his famous phone call on the Life in the O Morning Show a couple months ago.  "Punkin" Seeds.  I could tell he was happy and I bet he did indeed eat these.

Take a look

1.  Pumpkin seeds.

2.  Dark, leafy greens.

3.  Eggs.

4.  Carrots and celery.

5.  Salmon.

6.  Flaxseed.

7.  Whole grains, like oatmeal or brown rice.

8.  Red peppers, kiwi fruit, and other foods with high vitamin C.

9.  Tea.

10.  Dark chocolate.
