What's the worst Owensboro intersection you can think of? Parrish and Frederica? Parrish and J.R. Miller? Frederica and Goetz Drive or Frederica and Southtown?

Well, I know there are intersections I like to avoid, if possible. And those four rank right up there.

But, I don't imagine any of the most infamous Owensboro intersections hold a candle to Meskel Square in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
