Earlier we posted a blog about Owensboro businessman Terry Woodward and his viewpoint on developments downtown. After Terry finished his comments on the Joe Lowe show, we turned to Karen Miller, Executive Director of the Owensboro-Daviess County Convention and Visitors Bureau.
