Oasis & Boys and Girls Club Win $111,000 Each

Impact 100 Owensboro chose Oasis Shelter and the Cliff Hagen Boys and Girls Club to receive their grants of $111, 000 each this year. The organization, founded in 2006, is made up of all women who each contribute $1,000 per year to the program. As the membership grows, so does the grant money. This is the second time Oasis has been granted.

This is the first time for the Boys and Girls Club. The money will be used to expand the Mike Horn center (pictured).
This morning on the WOMI Morning Show, representatives from the winning non-profits and the Impact 100 founder, Martha Clark came into celebrate with me.
