Beauty queens are like fine wines, but very few actually open wineries.

However, that is not stopping Miss Indiana, Emily Hart and her fiancé  Eric Harris from taking their hobby to the next level by opening up Two EE’s Winery. The couple says that the wine has been bottled, the labels have been given the thumbs-up, and the tasting room is finished. In fact, the only detail the two are waiting to wrap up before opening for business is getting the labels printed and slapped on the bottles.

Although, there is no set date for the grand opening, the couple says it will not be long before their Traminette, Dolcetto and Catawba will be available for sale and tasting. The winery intends to produce between 25-30 wines, costing in upwards of $25 a bottle, with somewhere around 20 wines being available at all times.

In addition to opening the winery, Hart says that she plans to compete in the Miss USA pageant in Las Vegas over the summer. Actually, that is the primary reason she and Eric haven’t yet tied the knot, because Hart says she cannot enter the pageant if she is married.

The 6,000 square foot winery is located between Fort Wayne and Huntington along U.S. 24.
