It's not like I do this everyday, but maybe an occasion will present itself in which I will only need an egg yolk. (Even though, I think anything that requires the yolk only is already too complicated a recipe.)

But, hey, maybe there are healthier reasons. Some folks just like to eat the whites. That's a big thing nowadays.

And if you want that yolk out of your life, now you know how to do it with a minimum of fuss and muss.

So enjoy your egg white omelet, or your...well, whatever it is you're going to prepare that only requires the yolk. Yeah...enjoy THAT.
