Getting ready to start college is a hard step. I remember when I was in high school trying to sort through all of the information and select a college. There is so much to take into consideration and so many different paths you can take toward your adult life.

Kentucky Wesleyan College is hosting an opportunity for students to find out more about college life and the different academic paths in a Fall Open House. The event will be held on Saturday, November 16th, with registration beginning at 8:30am in the Winchester Center on the campus. The program itself will begin around 9:00am.

The open house gives students the chance to find out about different majors, giving them a taste of different paths they might want to pursue. Students will have the chance to meet with KWC faculty and tour the campus. There will also be information available on financial aid, athletic programs, and different degree options.

Director of Admissions Rashad Smith said in a press release:

We realize now is a key time when students’ are seriously exploring their college options. We are excited to showcase all of the wonderful opportunities Kentucky Wesleyan has to offer that might make KWC the right college home for them.

The open house is open to high school students as well as transfer students. For more information or to register, you can click here.
