K-ZONE Featuring Kat Taylor

This week on the K-ZONE Kat Taylor joins Kirk to speak about the East Street Art and Music Festival.  Back in 2012 they partnered with the City of Owensboro, introducing Bridge Day and The East Bridge Art & Music Festival, bringing over 10,000 people into downtown Owensboro!
