It’s the biggest Friday After 5 in our seventeen year history as we celebrate the Grand Opening of the Riverfront Park.
5:30 PM Ribbon cutting and opening of the Lazy Daze Spray ground
5:30 PM Mudd River Union plays on the Signature Fountain Stage
6:00 PM FA5 Foto Booth opens (Woman’s Pavilion giving away 50 free FA5 Foto Booth Sessions)
6:00 PM Ribbon cutting and official opening of the Riverfront Park
6:30 PM Opening Ceremonies with Mayor’s comments on RPC Patio Stage
6:30 PM Louisville Crashers plays on the RPC Patio Stage
7:00 PM Woodabenz plays on the UniFirst Stage in the RPC Courtyard
7:45 PM Hula Hoop Contest
7:50 PM Water Balloon Contest featuring the City Commissioners and Mayor Payne & spouses
8:00 PM Official Lighting of the Park and Toast to the Sunset
8:05 PM Louisville Crashers 2nd set
All entertainment continues until 10PM.
Special Guests from Cartoon Land: Pooh Bear and Tigger.
City Emergency Vehicles: Fire trucks and other emergency vehicles will be on display for the kids on Veteran’s Blvd as part of the Kroger Street Fair.
