Owensboro is a great city to be in if you have a love for the arts! Throughout the year there are a variety of events/performances to take in. And there is a very wide range of styles/genres!

While in college I got introduced to many of these artistic outlets and still enjoy seeing as many of them as I can. One of my favorite performances that I got to attend while I was in college was a duo recital by one of my professors, Dr. Diane Earle, and Violinist Alfred Abel.

Well the duo is back to perform at KWC. The recital will be held in Tapscott Chapel on the campus, Sunday, November 3rd at 2pm. The program will feature works by Richard Strauss, Anton Rubinstein and Fritz Kreisler. The recital is part of the Dr. Paul W. Hagan Chamber Music Series.

Able and Earle have been collaborating for six years and performed in several states, according to a press release.
